Bio and Mission
Yoga combines the physicality of exercise and the stillness of meditation. I have been practicing yoga for 17 years and in the beginning I had no expectations of what yoga should be. Now I know it as a way my body and mind can find peace. My classes are accessible for all levels and will guide you to find your inner peace.
I bring yoga to your office as part of corporate wellness, yoga practice at your home for groups or individuals, and a studio schedule.
